GnO Solutions is an Amazon private label eCommerce company that Was founded in 2018 by Gal and Ouriel.
Today the company contains 8 team members which are all working 100% remotely.
We are managing the brands ‘Greenzla’ and ‘GnOWellbeing’ which are both international eCommerce brands. Currently, we are selling only on Amazon FBA internationally.
Our vision is to grow our brands, becoming a household name with many category-leading products all over the world.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned supply chain professional who's eager to manage and lead the supply chain and logistics department of a growing eCommerce company.

Besides taking charge of the day to day operational work, and lead the team members to success, you will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to improve impactful aspects regarding logistics & transportation, Procurement and inventory planning.

The supply chain team currently contains 3 persons. The number is expected to grow in the coming months.

You will have a massive impact on the growth of the company and will be a key player for its success in the future. In the eCommerce (Amazon FBA) field, with the COVID-019 Situation, maintaining stock is one of the biggest challenges and You will lead the inventory planning, Procurement, logistics, and Warehousing side in order to accomplish that.

Your Responsibilities

  • Inventory Forecasting & Planning multiple Times a year. Making Sure to avoid OOS in leading products in all countries.
  • Managing the Team and leading them to success. Logistics & Transportation, Procurement & Outside 3pl. Warehouse Employees.
  • Improve Lead Time and Costs of operation side.
  • Approve PO/Freights Costs and Decide shipping methods according to lead time. Verify no mistakes in barcodes, Destinations and Payments.
  • Solve problems and be in communication with Suppliers & freight forwarders on a daily basis.
  • Take charge of Payment to suppliers/forwarders.
  • Improving SOPs, Improving Overall operation mindset, Come-up with improvement suggestions from experience,
  • Improve data tracking methods, and build individual KPIs for the team members.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Team-Leading position. Led a team of at least 4 persons, In the supply chain/ Logistics department.
  • Experience working with a company that sold products on Amazon via FBA.
  • Wide experience in Inventory & Raw material planning field and forecasting.
  • Wide Experience in logistics and international transportation.
  • Wide Experience in Procurement and Working with Chinese factories.
  • Has experience working remotely. Has a good working station that he can work remotely. The work is 100% remote.
  • Wide experience working with 3pl warehouses.
  • Has wide experience in creating and improving SOPs.
  • Good with a computer job and has experience working with excels and google sheets.
  • Has a hard-working mindset, and is always seeking to learn and improve.
  • Highly responsible, and has a proactive approach.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting and being able to ‘tell the story’ with data.
